At Aural Skin, we believe your ritual deserves perfection. If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we will make it right.
What qualifies:

What doesn’t qualify:

Change of mind.

Products customised by your request (including labels, fragrance variants) if they are otherwise correct.

Items used beyond what is necessary to inspect or test.

Return shipping costs:

For EU core markets, Aural Skin will cover the return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

For international returns, partial or full reimbursement may apply depending on your location and situation.
