Refund policy

At Aural Skin, we believe your ritual deserves perfection. If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we will make it right.

What qualifies:

  • Damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include photo evidence.

What doesn’t qualify:

  • Change of mind.

  • Products customised by your request (including labels, fragrance variants) if they are otherwise correct.

  • Items used beyond what is necessary to inspect or test.

Options we offer:

  • Full refund OR

  • Replacement of the same product.

Return shipping costs:

  • For EU core markets, Aural Skin will cover the return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

  • For international returns, partial or full reimbursement may apply depending on your location and situation.

How to start a return:
Please contact our support team at support@auralskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through next steps and either send you return instructions or arrange a replacement.
